Jeremy is the lead instructor of the 40 and Up Club, a program designed specifically for adults over forty. His approach emphasizes safety, control, and technical understanding, allowing students to train at a pace that supports long-term progress. Under his leadership, the program has grown into one of the most consistent and well-supported groups within the academy.
He also plays a key role in working with athletes from the We Defy Foundation, helping create an environment built on trust, structure, and shared experience. Drawing from his background as a Marine, Jeremy fosters a strong sense of camaraderie and connection, providing veterans with a place to train, reset, and build relationships through Jiu-Jitsu.
Jeremy represents the full path of the academy. A student who came up through the program, earned his black belt through years of consistent training, served his country, and now leads others with a steady, disciplined, and approachable style.
