Teen students train in a dedicated group of teens within the adult Jiu-Jitsu program, creating a more focused and disciplined environment while maintaining structure appropriate for their age.
Teens train together as their own group, with instruction tailored specifically to their level. While classes run alongside the adult program, teens are not mixed into adult training.
This structure allows students to experience a more serious training atmosphere while continuing to develop safely with their peers, in a beginner-friendly and family-oriented environment. New students are welcome at any time — no martial arts experience needed to start.
Students develop their skills through both Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Training includes positioning, control, escapes, and submissions, along with continued development of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense principles.
This combination builds a complete understanding of grappling, helping students become confident and capable in all situations.
Training includes technical instruction, drilling, and controlled live training. Students learn how to apply techniques with timing and awareness while developing discipline, focus, and consistency.
As they progress, students are introduced to more advanced concepts and begin to refine their overall game.
This program is designed to bridge the gap between youth and adult training. As students develop, they gain the experience and confidence needed to transition into higher-level classes.
For those interested, it also provides a strong foundation for competition and long-term development in Jiu-Jitsu.
